This sometimes happens, most of the times it’s because of changes in the cellular connection where the unit is. The only way to see the real signal strength on the unit is to use the USB connection and see it locally.
The FX30 needs a signal strength above 60% to work correctly. If it drops below 60% it can lose the data connection to insight.
Some countries are also started to remove its 3.G Cellular network, This could also have an impact on the signal strength of the unit.
Most of the time, there is not a lot you can do to fix this.
You can try moving the antenna to another location, a general rule is the higher the antenna is located, the better signal strength will be. When moved to a new location, wait some time and look if the signal strength is better than before.
